  • Three years of executive committee or department head experience in a hotel
  • previous director of operations, assistant general manager or general manager experience
  • proficient in forecasting and budgeting
  • skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • excellent verbal and written English communication

  • four year college degree preferred
  • Marriott brand experience preferred
