Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items weighing 20-50 lbs
- ability to perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties
- provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, greet guests, and respond to inquiries about hotel services, breakfast offerings, and local area attractions
- prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty beverages including coffee and tea drinks, and maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and set up according to brand standards
- promptly clear tables and refresh buffet stations
- proactively address guest needs and quickly evaluate solutions in case of special requests or issues
- support other team members as needed, including assisting in dishwashing, replenishing food items, and keeping the kitchen and service areas tidy
- perform basic cashiering duties such as closing checks, processing payments, and maintaining transaction records as needed
