Job Requirements

minimum high school education or equivalent
willingness to learn and accept training
ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
compliance with hotel policies and procedures
flexibility in work hours

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required
strong attention to detail
ability to follow instructions and cleaning protocols
good communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

clean guest rooms to meet established standards
restock rooms with towels and toiletries
organize and manage cleaning supplies cart
assist in maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
follow all hotel safety and cleaning procedures
collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
report any maintenance or repair needs
