Job Requirements
- Ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Position requires frequent bending reaching overhead twisting and consistent use of hands and arms
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in indoor outdoor environments
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests management and co-workers
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience
- Developed knowledge of wine spirits and beer with experience selling and presenting wines
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests management and co-workers
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
- Ability to prioritize organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service service recovery and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Follow enforce comply and adhere to all Omni rules policies procedures standards and recipes at all times
- Properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift
- Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer service
- Take orders and answer questions offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections and daily specials
- Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes
- Familiarity with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used
- Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender’s manual including jigger pour making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros
- Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails
- Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws
- Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order and adhere to cash handling standards
- Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants
- Present accurate check to guest and process payment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Polish and clean the water glasses in assigned station before opening hours
- Station set-up and breakdown side-work
