Job Requirements
- Able to lift or carry up to 35 pounds
- Able to push or pull using up to 45 pounds of force
- Able to reach overhead for up to six hours per day
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- U.S. person as defined by export control regulations
- Ability to work onsite at designated locations
- Willingness to work 2nd shift
- Drug free and pass any required substance testing
- Must reside in or relocate to the immediate area at own expense
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- One or more years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Experience handling hazardous materials preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical work as described
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Job Duties
- Work in all company facilities and work environments such as offices, factories, cafeterias, fitness centers, restrooms, and transportation tunnels
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials using approved methods, including blood-borne pathogen cleanup
- Work with chemicals to perform cleaning tasks and maintain proper storage and supplies
- Perform routine custodial duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and detailing various work areas
- Use backpack style vacuum and operate cleaning machinery for hard floor care and carpet extraction
- Follow written and verbal instructions and procedures carefully
- Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with others as needed
- Maintain physical stamina by reaching, walking, standing, climbing stairs, bending, squatting, kneeling, grasping, and repetitive hand and arm movements
