Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- customer service experience
- ability to follow safety procedures
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- experience in cleaning or maintenance roles considered a plus
Job Duties
- Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
- ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follows the department budget limits
- responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures
- monitors supply levels and restocks items as needed
- assists with maintaining safety standards throughout the club
- supports team members in various facility operations tasks as needed
