Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- experience in facility maintenance or janitorial services is an advantage
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- understanding of cleaning and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
- ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follows the amount prearranged by the department budget
- responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
