Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- effective communication skills
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- customer service experience preferred
- basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance protocols
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
- ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
- responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures
- stocks supplies and maintains inventory levels within budget
- follows all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
- communicates effectively with team members and management to report maintenance needs
