Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours
- Ability to work in 24/7 operational environment preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong leadership and customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in management role
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties
- Hire and schedule various facility team members including supervisors, safety patrol, airport ambassadors, janitorial staff, and cashiers
- Identify and mentor high potential employees to support organizational growth
- Conduct biweekly payroll processing ensuring timely sign off and wage compliance
- Facilitate improvements operationally or aesthetically throughout the airport facility
- Collaborate with recruitment to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Understand and lead according to audit requirements
- Maximize revenue, manage expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction aligned with client expectations
