Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours
  • Ability to work in 24/7 operational environment preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Strong leadership and customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in management role
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

  • Hire and schedule various facility team members including supervisors, safety patrol, airport ambassadors, janitorial staff, and cashiers
  • Identify and mentor high potential employees to support organizational growth
  • Conduct biweekly payroll processing ensuring timely sign off and wage compliance
  • Facilitate improvements operationally or aesthetically throughout the airport facility
  • Collaborate with recruitment to maintain optimal staffing levels
  • Understand and lead according to audit requirements
  • Maximize revenue, manage expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction aligned with client expectations
