Job Duties
- Direct facility improvements and projects in an efficient manner
- evaluate and implement efficient operational improvements
- supervise Facility Technicians and Housekeeping team members
- maintain the building, grounds, and equipment
- ensure all areas meet regulatory requirements
- keep facility clean, operational, and orderly
- respond to emergency situations as needed
