Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must pass pre-employment background investigation including Georgia criminal records search
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and post-employment federal background investigation including a national criminal records search
- Some positions may require valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- One year of related experience
- Experience working as maintenance in a hotel or motel
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
Job Duties
- Assist with inventory and control of over 870 dorm room keys and auditoriums for approximately 197,252 sq ft
- Maintain and stock equipment and supplies
- Responsible for upkeep of landscaping and trash removal
- Operate power cleaning equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as unclog toilets, clearing sink and water fountain drains
- Assist skilled trade workers when required
