Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and irrigation systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform other tasks as assigned
- Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated commitment to Jet Aviation values including trust, honesty, alignment, transparency
Job Duties
- Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities
- Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs
- Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance
- Contacts and coordinates contractors as required for some servicing and repairs
- Performs or contracts scheduled and unscheduled GSE maintenance
- Makes sure facility permits are current
- Manages facility maintenance inspection program and ensures inspections are completed and work orders in a timely manner to maintain compliance with company policy and local regulations
- Responds to tenants' needs in a professional manner
- Maintains appearance of the facility at all times
- Makes sure all systems work properly
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
