Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Perform assigned cleaning tasks promptly and thoroughly
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear as required
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Support team members with additional duties as assigned
