Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
- Availability to work flexible hours if required
- Must comply with safety requirements including wearing protective clothing
- Must be able to work in environments with moderate risks such as fumes or moving machinery
- No nicotine use in applicable states as per company policy

Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Follow safety protocols including the use of protective gear as required
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean and presentable at all times
