Job Requirements
- Ability to sweep, vacuum, mop, and wipe various facility areas
- Physically capable of moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted
- Willingness to follow safety precautions and use protective gear
- Availability to work in a facility environment that may involve exposure to fumes or irritant chemicals
- Compliance with U-Haul’s non-nicotine use policy in applicable states

Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear protective clothing or gear when necessary
- Support a clean and inviting facility environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure facility cleanliness
