Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance helpful but not required
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing at least 50lbs
- Ability to work in an environment with moving machinery and chemicals
- Must comply with U-Haul’s no nicotine hiring policy in applicable states
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Job Duties
- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Use protective gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields when required
- Ensure facility cleanliness meets company standards
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
