Job Requirements

- Previous experience in custodial or facilities support preferred

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and conference areas throughout the day
- Monitor and restock restroom and kitchen supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting larger issues to facilities management
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers regularly
- Clean up spills and respond to minor emergencies (e.g., leaks, messes)
- Assist with meeting room setups and breakdowns as needed
- Ensure entrances and high-traffic areas remain clean and presentable
- Provide courteous customer service to employees and visitors
- Collaborate with janitorial and maintenance teams for larger tasks
