Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Custodial experience preferred
- Respirator fit qualified
- Forklift and scissor lift certification
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Regularly scheduled attendance required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work with moving parts, vibrations, and fumes
- Ability to work at heights above four feet
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
- Ability to identify colors
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures and noisy environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize hangars, shops, lunchrooms, and restrooms
- Handle and remove non-hazardous materials and assist with spill cleanup
- Maintain facility-related equipment such as scrubbers and snow blowers
- Respond to facility requests and assist in emergency situations
- Maintain company grounds including litter pickup, snow removal, and de-icing
- Order and stock facility-related supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
