Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience is not required but beneficial
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- graduated from high school
- received additional education in a skills training school
- ability to communicate effectively in written English
- familiarity with routine operations in guest floor housekeeping
- adaptability in work hours including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
- sound knowledge of chemicals utilization and room tidiness
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to guest requests promptly
- ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
