Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors
- Strong communication skills
- Retail customer experience preferred
- Commitment to honesty, integrity, and respect
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cleaning experience considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness
- Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, and vacuum floors regularly
- Dust surfaces and perform spot cleaning of glass and windows
- Maintain cleanliness standards in sales floor, backroom, restrooms, and employee lounges
- Support front end coverage and respond to store operational needs
- Uphold all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
- Participate in store recovery and safety awareness initiatives
