Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push and pull up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- ability to safely climb and work from a 6-foot ladder
- ability to work in wet, humid, and cold environments
- commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- willingness to participate in safety training and adhere to company safety policies
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 facility
- must be able to work around various chemicals and follow prescribed safety procedures

Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors in all designated areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, cafeteria, offices, stairwells, and production areas
- clean and sanitize furniture, shelves, work surfaces, walls, baseboards, and all high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and railings
- clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and countertops
- restock hand wash station supplies such as soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels
- remove trash and replace liners in all waste receptacles ensuring proper disposal and recycling compliance
- clean glass surfaces including windows and mirrors
- clean and sanitize pipes, vents, and door air curtains
- use appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants for different surfaces and operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers
- ensure completion of cleaning schedules and sign off on tasks to verify compliance
