Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Capability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with patrons
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Availability to work in-person at the Backstage Food Hall location
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or customer service roles, preferably in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks using advanced cleaning equipment and methods to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility
- Clean commercial hood filters and oil caddies/tanks weekly
- Regularly clean restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to facility patrons addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Follow established cleaning guidelines and regulations to maintain compliance with health and safety standards
