Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- ability to work in person at the Alton Road location
- availability to work shifts from morning until night, seven days a week
- ability to work part-time or full-time ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week
- basic communication skills to provide courteous customer service
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols and cleaning guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or customer service roles, preferably in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment
- basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques, as well as familiarity with health and safety regulations
- demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation
Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitation: perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks using advanced cleaning equipment and methods to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility including weekly cleaning of commercial hood filters, oil caddies/tanks, regular cleaning of restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to facility patrons, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner
- adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues, and facility patrons
- follow established cleaning guidelines and regulations to maintain compliance with health and safety standards
