Job Qualifications
- previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or customer service roles, preferably in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment
- basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of self-motivation
Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks using advanced cleaning equipment and methods
- clean commercial hood filters, oil caddies, and tanks on a weekly basis
- clean restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces regularly
- provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to facility patrons
- address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously
- adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
