Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of sixteen years of age
  • Three months experience as a facility attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Possession of current CPR/AED certification or ability to acquire within three months
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Capability to perform light physical work including walking, standing, and exerting up to 20 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds for airport department
  • Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing due to safety-sensitive position nature

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 16 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Three months experience as a facility attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
  • Current or ability to acquire CPR/AED certification within three months of hire

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Greet customers and assist them with their needs
  • Provide accurate information regarding activities and department information
  • Oversee and monitor the assigned facility to ensure a positive experience
  • Observe and enforce rules and regulations for the safety and welfare of staff and participants
  • Listen and respond to participant complaints
  • Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
