Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of sixteen years of age
- Three months experience as a facility attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- Possession of current CPR/AED certification or ability to acquire within three months
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Capability to perform light physical work including walking, standing, and exerting up to 20 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds for airport department
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing due to safety-sensitive position nature
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Three months experience as a facility attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
- Current or ability to acquire CPR/AED certification within three months of hire
Job Duties
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Greet customers and assist them with their needs
- Provide accurate information regarding activities and department information
- Oversee and monitor the assigned facility to ensure a positive experience
- Observe and enforce rules and regulations for the safety and welfare of staff and participants
- Listen and respond to participant complaints
- Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
