Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of sixteen years of age
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- three months experience as a facility attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience is required
- must possess current CPR/AED certifications or be able to acquire within three months from date of hire
- ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- ability to work a flexible schedule with some weekend, evening, and holiday work required
- must pass drug and alcohol testing
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for airport department
- willingness to perform light physical work including walking and standing most of the time

Job Duties
- Communicate with others in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient operations
- greet customers and assist them with their needs while providing accurate activity and department information
- oversee and monitor assigned facility to ensure a positive experience
- observe and enforce rules and regulations for safety and welfare of staff and participants
- listen and respond to participant complaints
- oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness ensuring the area is clean, neat, and orderly
- perform general repair and maintenance or coordinate with contractors
- operate computer with facility management software, process daily admissions, balance cash drawer, prepare bank deposits, collect funds, issue receipts, and record transactions
- receive and record reservations and maintain schedules and calendars
- maintain accurate records including inventory, registrations, and incident reports
- open and close the facility, ensuring the building is secure and all participants have left
- manage staff by providing guidance and instruction
- work a flexible schedule including weekend, evening, and holiday work as required
- perform other assigned duties
