Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of sixteen years of age
  • three months experience as a facility supervisor, attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience
  • must possess current CPR/AED certification or obtain within three months of hire
  • ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • must pass drug and alcohol testing post-interview
  • willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required
  • three months experience as a facility supervisor, attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience
  • ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English

Job Duties

  • Communicate with others in spoken and written English to ensure safe and efficient facility operations
  • greet customers and assist with their needs
  • provide accurate information regarding activities and department information
  • oversee and monitor assigned facilities to ensure a positive experience
  • observe and enforce rules and regulations for safety and welfare
  • listen and respond to participant complaints
  • oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
  • keep the assigned area clean, neat, and orderly
  • perform general repair and maintenance or coordinate with contractors
  • operate facility management software and process admissions
  • balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits
  • collect funds, issue receipts, and record transactions
  • receive and record reservations
  • maintain and monitor schedules and calendars
  • maintain accurate records including inventory, registrations, and incident reports
  • open and close the facility ensuring security and participant departure
  • manage staff and provide guidance and instruction
  • work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • perform other assigned work as needed
