Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years working experience in facility maintenance preferred
- previous custodial experience preferred
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- valid class "D" driver’s license
- ability to maintain positive customer service while adjusting to a fast-paced, quick-changing and demanding environment

Job Duties
- maintaining cleanliness of facilities including indoor and outdoor areas
- setting up and taking down rooms for various events and programs
- providing friendly and responsive customer service to facility users
- enforcing facility rules and regulations promptly and respectfully
- ensuring facility security by monitoring all areas during shifts
- supervising and leading custodial staff to ensure task completion
- performing cleaning duties during special events as required
