Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and organizational policies
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals in behavioral health or housing support settings preferred
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of medication monitoring
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment
Job Duties
- Monitor residents' behavior
- Ensure a safe, harassment-free atmosphere conducive to recovery
- Perform building checks for cleanliness and safety including all rooms
- Write and submit incident reports promptly following incident reporting procedures
- Monitor residents during medication times and report issues to supervisors
- Oversee assigned chores and ensure general inspections are completed properly
- Complete assigned trainings within mandated time frames
