Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions and organizational policies
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals in behavioral health or housing support settings preferred
  • Strong observation and communication skills
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of medication monitoring
  • Ability to work flexible hours including shifts
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment

Job Duties

  • Monitor residents' behavior
  • Ensure a safe, harassment-free atmosphere conducive to recovery
  • Perform building checks for cleanliness and safety including all rooms
  • Write and submit incident reports promptly following incident reporting procedures
  • Monitor residents during medication times and report issues to supervisors
  • Oversee assigned chores and ensure general inspections are completed properly
  • Complete assigned trainings within mandated time frames
