Job Description
This position is situated under the Commander of the Mid-Atlantic Region's Fleet and Family Readiness Programs. The role is critical in supporting assigned facilities by performing various manual labor tasks essential for maintaining cleanliness, readiness, and operational functionality. These tasks ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all personnel and visitors to the facilities in question.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years old
- Ability to follow instructions independently
- Ability to work with basic equipment and materials
- Availability for irregular tour of duty including evenings, weekends and holidays
- No positive education requirement
- Must be 18 years of age and meet all prior qualifications for advanced roles
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to operate automotive vehicles (for advanced roles)
Job Qualifications
- Must be minimum age of 16 years old
- Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of basic cleaning and janitorial techniques (for those 18 and older)
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment used in athletic field preparation (for advanced level applicants)
- Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operators)
- Experience and knowledge of manual labor tasks relevant to facility maintenance
Job Duties
- Perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned facilities
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks
- Use basic equipment, materials, and supplies for cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles (for qualified applicants)
- Prepare athletic fields and facilities for events (for qualified applicants)
- Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
