- ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions
- experience in janitorial techniques and procedures
- ability to operate and maintain tractors and other field preparation equipment
- must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- ability to operate various automotive vehicles
- willingness to work an irregular tour of duty including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned facility
- maintain assigned facility in a clean and sanitary state using basic equipment and janitorial techniques
- operate and perform routine maintenance and repair on tractor and various equipment used in preparing athletic fields and facilities for sporting events
- follow simple verbal and written instructions to carry out assigned duties independently
- operate a variety of automotive vehicles in the performance of duties
- work an irregular tour of duty including weekends and holidays
- ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met within the facility
