Job Duties
- Train and coach new Facility Administrators through their first year using a detailed coaching program
- escalate concerns and issues impacting Facility Administrator effectiveness or retention to senior leadership
- provide ongoing support and coaching for Facility Administrators across regions on clinic operations, team building, and labor relations
- deliver labor relations training including Know Your Rights and Collective Bargaining education
- partner with senior management on change management related to divisional initiatives
- build strong professional relationships based on trust and respect
- collaborate with regional and divisional leaders to enhance FA training and retention
