Job Duties

  • Train and coach new Facility Administrators through their first year using a detailed coaching program
  • escalate concerns and issues impacting Facility Administrator effectiveness or retention to senior leadership
  • provide ongoing support and coaching for Facility Administrators across regions on clinic operations, team building, and labor relations
  • deliver labor relations training including Know Your Rights and Collective Bargaining education
  • partner with senior management on change management related to divisional initiatives
  • build strong professional relationships based on trust and respect
  • collaborate with regional and divisional leaders to enhance FA training and retention
