As a Facilities Porter at PopStroke, you become the vital force behind the scenes who ensures the entire venue remains safe, spotless, and welcoming for guests. Your responsibilities are integral to maintaining an inviting atmosphere where guests can relax, play golf, dine, and enjoy their time. From meticulous cleaning across restrooms, dining areas, golf courses, and kitchens to ensuring all spaces are fresh and well-maintained, your attention to detail is critical. The pay rate for this non-exempt role ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, offering a fair wage for dedicated facility maintenance workers.

In this hands-on position, you'll conduct regular inspections of the venue to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction. Your duties also include sanitizing all areas thoroughly, emptying trash receptacles safely, and operating equipment such as trash compactors. Monitoring inventory and replenishing supplies keep operations smooth, while reporting any issues immediately signals your ownership mindset. You will contribute to storm preparedness and recovery, participate in special projects, and work both indoors and outdoors, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.
