Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- five years of facilities related experience
- experience in two or more technical skillsets
- ability to obtain airport security badge if required
- proficiency in root cause problem solving
- knowledge of job hazard analysis and lockout/tagout procedures
- strong time management skills
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification
- minimum of five years facilities related experience
- experience in at least two skillsets such as electrical installation and repairs, HVAC operations, plumbing, welding, general facilities maintenance, carpentry and fabrication
- ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge if applicable
- familiarity with controls and instrumentation design and troubleshooting
- knowledge of safety and compliance procedures
Job Duties
- perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities
- identify and resolve chronic maintenance issues using root cause analysis
- provide performance reports to Facilities Manager
- manage work order requests efficiently to meet turnaround times
- control lighting, temperature, and humidity in office and production areas
- dismantle, install, repair, and upgrade systems from blueprints and schematics
- inspect buildings and sites for maintenance needs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and security
- create materials and parts lists for projects and assist in procurement
- document and manage building and equipment assets using eMaint
- communicate with Facilities Manager on scheduling conflicts, building changes, and work order status
