- Experience with switchboard and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work changing workloads and rotating shifts
- Sedentary work capability with prolonged periods of sitting
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally

Job Duties
- Provide expeditious and appropriate responses to alarms and emergency/non-emergency conditions
- Monitor surveillance systems and violation alarms on card access systems
- Monitor all life safety and medical alarms
- Maintain logs and reports related to alarms and emergency situations
- Operate personal computer systems and multi-line phones
- Perform data entry and retrieval of information in computerized databases
- Operate switchboard console, pagers, and various communication equipment
