Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- physical ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- ability to use mops, buckets, cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, utility carts, floor cleaning machines, wet/dry vacuums
- ability to bend, squat, stoop, and lift up to 80lbs
- corrected vision and hearing within normal range

Job Duties
- act as a housekeeping associate cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas daily
- operate cleaning equipment such as mops, buckets, cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, utility carts, floor cleaning machines, and wet/dry vacuums
- follow written guidelines and procedures to ensure all sites meet cleanliness standards
- maintain physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, and lift up to 80lbs during shifts
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff or visitors
- adhere to safety protocols using manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- report any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly
