Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • physical ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • ability to use mops, buckets, cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, utility carts, floor cleaning machines, wet/dry vacuums
  • ability to bend, squat, stoop, and lift up to 80lbs
  • corrected vision and hearing within normal range

Job Duties

  • act as a housekeeping associate cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas daily
  • operate cleaning equipment such as mops, buckets, cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, utility carts, floor cleaning machines, and wet/dry vacuums
  • follow written guidelines and procedures to ensure all sites meet cleanliness standards
  • maintain physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, and lift up to 80lbs during shifts
  • demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff or visitors
  • adhere to safety protocols using manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
  • report any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly
