  • preferred education with a degree or relevant national certificate

Job Duties

  • coordinate day to day general cleaning and orderliness of the site
  • coordinate vending machine service and service or repairs of facility equipment
  • perform general maintenance work including civil, painting, electrical, mechanical and plumbing
  • perform emergency maintenance and repairs
  • read, translate and interpret technical plans
  • assist with major project renovations and coordination with building personnel and other departments
  • provide direction or assistance with building administration and landlord
  • monitor site utilities and assist in consumption forecasts
  • monitor compliance of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • initiate meetings with PMO, vendors and stakeholders to ensure equipment uptime
  • provide technical assistance to contractors, engineers and facilities leads
  • review and recommend possible improvements
  • work in accordance with general safety principles
  • ensure compliance with 5S standards
  • act as backup during absence of supervisor
  • ensure and implement sustaining of site standards
  • plan, develop and coordinate new projects with supervisor or manager
  • maintain and update records regularly
  • manage administrative duties including lockers, cabinetry maintenance and issuance
  • oversee housekeeping personnel
  • review and maintain tracker of billable and account payables
  • handle events assistance
  • provide guidance on health and safety requirements and 5S standards
  • assist logistics and details of special events and client visits
  • ensure site readiness including cleanliness and organization
  • manage pantry, restroom, office and facility supplies
  • track, inventory, stock and release supplies
  • ensure sufficient safety stock of supplies
  • perform other duties as assigned
