Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or applicable years of related work experience
  • Ability to obtain or maintain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
  • Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Experience collaborating with workers, contractors, management, and customers
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Preferred experience with active DoD Secret or TS Clearance
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to interact positively with diverse groups
  • Experience in construction and project planning
  • Familiarity with Maximo, MS SharePoint, and SAP
  • Budget tracking experience using MS Excel or similar software
  • Detail oriented and capable of understanding facility and team goals
  • Knowledge of construction disciplines
  • Ability to read drawings and schematics
  • Experience with permitting, demolition, and hazard abatement

Job Duties

  • Track estimate requests, capital and indirect requests
  • Develop scopes of work
  • Input and track purchase requisitions
  • Track invoices
  • Execute and track purchase card expenditures
  • Manage vendor relationships including contractor scheduling, dispatch, escorting, and badging
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) to schedule and track maintenance activities
  • Retain records of critical service and maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with permitting, safety requirements and oversight of contract safety and labor
  • Develop, measure, and maintain department metrics
  • Support project planning
  • Attend daily meetings and present metrics during department meetings
  • Occasionally work from home but primarily work onsite
