Job Requirements

  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Frequent bending and stooping
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous porter, janitorial, or facilities support experience preferred
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and follow direction
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • Remove trash and recycling daily throughout the facility and transport materials to designated disposal areas
  • Maintain exterior areas including sidewalks, entrances, and parking lots to ensure a clean and professional appearance
  • Support general building cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with light facility support tasks as needed
  • Help ensure all workspaces remain clean, orderly, and safe
  • Provide support to the facilities and maintenance team as directed
