Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas
- perform daily groundskeeping tasks such as trash pickup, sweeping and clearing sidewalks, and maintaining exterior spaces
- take out garbage and manage waste disposal around the property including dumpsters and compactor areas
- assist with general operational tasks such as moving equipment, directing traffic, and helping with on-mountain logistics
- support maintenance staff with light repairs, unit turnover, and other facility needs as directed
- monitor property conditions and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor
- ensure proper use, care, and storage of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
