Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, logistics, warehouse support, or office services
  • Experience using hand tools, performing light maintenance tasks, and working in environments that require physical activity
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience using digital tools such as Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to reside in Washington state and access one of the studio locations in the greater Seattle area
  • Must be able to physically perform tasks involving lifting, assembly, and troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with event calendar management or event booking systems
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Partner with management to manage the calendar for Boeing stakeholders, scheduling meetings and events while proactively resolving conflicts and logistical challenges
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to Teague safety policies
  • Keep the lobby and common areas clean and organized, making adjustments as needed to maintain a professional atmosphere
  • Maintain quality control for catering and janitorial services, ensuring all areas are clean, stocked, and presentable for use and service
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Partner with management to support facilities projects, space reconfigurations, and vendor coordination
  • Perform light maintenance and facilities tasks, such as assembling or relocating furniture, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and hanging signage
  • Triage facilities issues that arise by coordinating with vendors, technicians, and IT support
  • Proactively identify areas for process or space improvements and implement solutions that support a productive and organized workplace
  • Provide administrative support for clients and meeting leads by coordinating event bookings, arranging catering, and ensuring smooth on-site logistics
  • Receive, log, and distribute shipments
  • coordinate outgoing deliveries and special handling requirements as needed
  • Support the setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and supplies for meetings, moves, or events
  • Occasionally assist with front-of-house logistics, including visitor registration and escort procedures, as backup support
  • Track and manage inventory for facility-related supplies, including office essentials, paper products, food and beverages, and first aid kits
