Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year of building maintenance experience
- Certified Pool Operator certification preferred
- bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- current First Aid or other safety certifications as required by the Club
- experience with Microsoft Office
- skilled in light maintenance and basic repairs
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- positive attitude
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- strong initiative and judgment
- attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort and Golf to support the achievement of company goals
- provide detail-oriented janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, and laundry
- maintain pool, spa, and water features cleanliness and report potential issues
- assist Maintenance Director with facility repairs and preventative maintenance
- keep accurate logs of maintenance and water testing activities
- ensure proper placement of indoor and outdoor furniture and fitness equipment
- maintain bathrooms, light bulbs, patio furniture, and fitness equipment
- keep room supplies clean and organized
- provide seasonal and holiday assistance with club decorations
- work safely using personal protective equipment and report unsafe conditions
- set up and take down events and activities as directed
- perform other duties as assigned
