Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant maintenance or trades experience
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a faith-based community
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a small team
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- Ability to manage and schedule a maintenance team

- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures

Job Duties
- Collaborates with Pastor and Principal to prioritize repair and maintenance
- Manages duties and schedules of maintenance team
- Performs preventative maintenance on parish/school buildings, equipment, filters, and lighting, etc., in conjunction with outside contractors
- Conducts minor repairs, to include plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.
- Coordinates with and schedules outside contractors for larger repairs and maintenance
- Assists with school student drop-off and pickup
- Ensures security of premises (locks and gates)
- Assists with setup and cleanup of school assemblies and other school/parish functions
- Maintains an organized workspace and an inventory of facility equipment
- Conducts emergency clean ups and repairs as needed
- Demonstrates professionalism in conduct, demeanor, and work habits
- Other duties as assigned
