Job Requirements
- Food industry and/or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ammonia refrigeration experience required
- Experience with budget management and material/cost estimates
- Experience with multiple types of maintenance equipment required
- Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and environmental regulations
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and related codes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent facility management/maintenance experience

Job Duties
- Schedule, supervise and monitor the work of warehouse maintenance employees and contractors
- Lead, train and manage assigned personnel to ensure efficient upkeep of facilities
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with operational objectives and regulatory guidelines
- Manage maintenance activities and maintain documentation of repairs and maintenance
- Monitor expenditures to minimize costs and manage budget guidelines
- Provide performance feedback to personnel
