Job Duties
- Oversee contractors
- handle security access
- provide site support
- coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
- schedule renovations
- manage hood cleanings, grease trap cleanings, and janitorial services
- budget and estimate costs
- design and plan facilities layout
- train staff on safety procedures
- ensure compliance with regulations and laws
