Job Duties

  • Oversee contractors
  • handle security access
  • provide site support
  • coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
  • schedule renovations
  • manage hood cleanings, grease trap cleanings, and janitorial services
  • budget and estimate costs
  • design and plan facilities layout
  • train staff on safety procedures
  • ensure compliance with regulations and laws
