Job Requirements
- five or more years of relevant facility management or plant operations supervision experience
- managerial experience including budget and personnel oversight
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint
- familiarity with CMMS/work order systems
- ability to supervise vendors during normal and off hours including weekends
- compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- willingness to work onsite in Hollywood, Florida
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience
- managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities
- strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong presentation skills
- proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint
- computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems
- experience supervising vendor performance including off hours
- college degree in related engineering field preferred
- formal apprenticeship or technical trade school preferred
- CHFM, CPMM, CFM, or other relevant certifications preferred
- experience overseeing multiple facilities with varied functions preferred
Job Duties
- supervise and direct the plant operations team
- ensure maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance programs are performed efficiently
- make decisions with in-depth understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices
- maintain compliance with Master Services Agreement and amendments
- manage financial performance related to facilities operational spend and adhere to budgets
- track trends and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA below standard performance
- provide oversight and support in maintenance, projects, and vendor activities
- ensure staff training in approved facility maintenance practices
- create a safe work environment adhering to safety and infection control policies
- ensure building systems comply with applicable state, federal, and local regulations
- determine compliance with safety management, hazardous materials, and life safety codes
- perform additional duties as requested
