Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Colorado driver’s license
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable transportation for occasional tasks
- ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- provide documentation of eligibility to work in the US
- have experience servicing kitchen and mechanical equipment
- possess basic skills in construction and maintenance
- capable of using small maintenance tools and equipment
- willing to participate in safety training and follow protocols
- ability to handle physically demanding job duties
- able to work in various weather conditions
- meet attendance and punctuality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- robust knowledge of construction materials and maintenance
- experience in facilities management or building maintenance
- familiarity with restaurant equipment
- HVAC certification desired
- basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple projects
- good communication and leadership skills
- basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets
- experience in supervising staff
- physical ability to perform demanding tasks
- ethical conduct and high professional standards
Job Duties
- Organize and maintain operating manuals and equipment service documentation
- assist in hands-on training of staff for building and equipment maintenance
- maintain and update contractor and service provider contact lists
- respond promptly to emergency needs and complaints
- develop and supervise maintenance and preventative service schedules
- manage cleanliness and functionality of facilities and grounds
- evaluate and manage vendors for seasonal and special projects
- self-perform and oversee maintenance and repairs
- manage hiring and supervision of maintenance and cleaning personnel
- provide monthly status reports to ownership
- order and manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- assist staff with event setup and breakdown
- serve as on-call resource for emergencies
- participate in daily management meetings
- maintain organized storage and supply areas
- foster teamwork and professionalism
- attend bi-weekly management meetings
- uphold a professional image at all times
- deliver problem-solving solutions related to facilities and equipment
- prepare and manage maintenance budgets and spending
- ensure safety compliance and training
- perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks
- coordinate vendor work and inspections
- implement safety protocols and procedures
