Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Three years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Facilities Management, or process excellence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to software
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree in Administrative, Business, or Management preferred
  • Minimum three years experience in Customer Service, process excellence, or Facilities Management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to learn and adapt to software quickly
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and shift workload

Job Duties

  • Program, maintain, and operate all security and safety systems
  • Create and review weekly reporting for database accuracy
  • Approve and adjust security access levels for partners and contractors
  • Negotiate and maintain service contracts with all contractors and vendors
  • Oversee Home Office foodservice plan including server operations, cashless pay system, catering, and inventory management
  • Manage the cleaning program and day porter services for the Home Office facility and grounds
  • Administer the global parcel contract and manage shipping, receiving, and distribution
  • Manage and maintain warehouse inventory and standard stock items
  • Administer seating assignments and maintain corporate address book accuracy
  • Coordinate vehicle checkout process and maintenance for fleet vehicles
  • Troubleshoot building conditions and adjust settings in building automation systems
  • Communicate regularly with key customers to assess needs and adjust service level agreements
  • Set up and reset conference rooms for meetings and events
  • Execute partner move requests including equipment setup and furniture installation
  • Maintain grounds including lawn care and snow removal
  • Perform inventory cycle counts
  • Manage partner sales processes
  • Check-in contractors, visitors, and new hires, including safety briefings
  • Respond to calls and emails to Facilities Management
  • Schedule and coordinate Schreiber sponsored events
  • Manage Facilities announcements on the company intranet
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Plans
  • Audit and monitor processes to meet customer requirements
  • Review incidents and determine corrective actions for procedure non-compliance
