- Proficiency with computer systems including CMMS

Job Qualifications

- Experience with administrative or clerical duties in a facilities management environment preferred
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in payroll processing and accounting reconciliation
Job Duties
- Perform daily clerical operations for the Facility Management department
- Manage payroll functions accurately and timely
- Reconcile accounting records related to facility management
- Organize and maintain regulatory documents and ensure compliance
- Maintain updated policies and procedures for the department
- Serve as subject matter expert for the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Schedule preventive maintenance tasks, manage work orders, and coordinate vendor management
- Manage supplies and parts inventory to support facility maintenance operations
