Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license and must meet NAA driving record requirements
- ability to obtain and maintain eligibility to hold a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge as may be required by assigned job duties and responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- trade school or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience general building maintenance
- knowledge and ability to use power and hand tools
- knowledge of practices and materials used in building maintenance
- good organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer skills
- detail oriented
- strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Assist other departmental personnel in the maintenance of building equipment whenever necessary
- replacing HVAC filters
- replacement of light bulbs
- perform daily equipment checks
- clean and restore airport facilities and equipment rooms as required or specified
- snow removal operations
- perform all other duties as assigned and directed
- administer and adhere to all Authority policies and guidelines
